When will my order be shipped?

Our vanilla is shipped the next business day following your order. You'll then receive an email with your tracking number so you can track its progress.

What are the delivery methods, times, conditions and costs?

Delivery is free towards Metropolitan France.

Depending on your country, delivery terms, costs, and delivery times may vary. We may not be able to deliver to some countries.
Please note that outside the European Union and the United Kingdom, customs fees and local taxes may apply upon receipt of your package, in addition to the price paid to Komba Vanilla Signature.

These fees and taxes, the exact amount of which cannot be determined in advance by Komba Vanilla Signature, which cannot therefore inform the buyer, are the responsibility of the latter, who is solely responsible for completing the declarations and/or formalities relating thereto.
